Sticks and stones may break your bones but words can never hurt you... well the truth is they do. I can't remember when it all began I became their victim their target. I used to dream of a place where they can't hurt me anymore. They took my happiness away made me feel like I was small insignificant. People always tried to tell me it would get better that there was light at the end of the tunnel that it would get better that I was a beautiful amazing person just like you are. I never believed them I always believed the people that threw words at me like they didn't hurt or said I meant nothing I was small and insignificant. I knew about kids helpline for two whole years before I gathered the courage to pick up the phone but when I finally did it made things a whole lot easier I made new friends and finally stood up to the bullies, the liars the people that should be ashamed of themselves for bringing others down. If you are bullied or just need someone to talk to don't hesitate - ring kids helpline. It's one of the best things I did. You are a beautiful and an amazing person perfect just the way you are and no matter how hard it is to believe it will get better.
